A Canadian-Vietnamese filmmaker, Adrian specializes in storytelling with an eye for cultural details. His unique approach to stories inspired by the cultures he has came across from the cities he has lived in.
Adrian’s first venture into the commercial world was to be in front of the camera in a US National ad for Time Warner, directed by Brent Thomas, best known for his art direction on Ridley Scott’s 1984 Apple Macintosh commercial.
Over the next 12 years, Adrian continues to work in front and behind the camera bringing compelling stories to the screen across the world from Canada, US, Malaysia, Shanghai and Vietnam.
In 2021, his work for NIPPON national campaign was awarded the “Best Commercial of the Year” from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam.
Currently, Adrian is based and shooting ads out of Vietnam and the Asia Pacific.
